General Service Manager
Hello everyone, my name is Paula Perez. I am originally from Mexico city but raised in the state of Wyoming. More than 19 years ago I moved to the state of Florida, and it was then that I felt as if this state was the sweet home that anyone would want to live in. More or less at the age of 19years old my career as a Housekeeping Inspector, and Customer Service was introduced, and turned into my now professional career. I like my job, and what I have achieved in doing during now 16 years of experience. I have a personal thought about working in retirement/nursing community, and I consider that it is very different from other areas of hospitality that I have worked from since in this environment there are even bigger, and wonderful stories from each residents personal life experience. There is always something new to learn from each of them. for me they are like the grandparents that I didn’t have the happiness, and opportunity of knowing. 5 years ago in my spare time I took an interest in obtaining my CNA licensed, and currently going to school for insurance agent state licensed. In my free time I like to dance, travel, cook, and spend time with my family. I am extremely grateful to be part of this great team, and to be able to undertake my experience with great dedication to support, and always help others.
