Lisa has worked in healthcare for more than 15 years. Over the years, she has held various positions in senior living operations including Admissions, Social Services, Assisted Living Administrator, Skilled Nursing Administrator, Corporate Skilled Nursing Administrator, Director of Home Health, Director of Independent Living, and Executive Director. She and her husband moved from the Pittsburgh area in 2018 and currently live in Hernando County. They have two sons, Micah and Andre, plus their two Great Danes. In her time away from work, Lisa enjoys spending as much time outside as possible.
Nina has devoted over 30 years of Nursing to the Senior Living Industry. Her current role at The Oaks is management of the “Caring for Seniors” programs which offers a variety of companion and nurse registry services to the residents. The primary objective of these programs is to provide support services specific to the individualized needs of our residents to retain them at their highest level of independent function. She and her family have resided in Crystal Beach for 22 years. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, swimming, and playing pickle ball!

Michael E Grimm is an CEC, CDM, CFPP, and ACF accredited Certified Executive Chef as well as an ANFP Certified Dietary Manager. He graduated from Baltimore International College in 1993 with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. In addition to being an amazing Dining Services Director, Michael has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. He says his favorite past time is walking with his dogs.

Anita has been an Activity Director for almost 30 years, the most recent three being with The Oaks! She has a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and a National Certification as an Activity Professional. She grew up in New York City and has two daughters, Courtney and Kelly. When she is not working, she loves to play tennis. She plays about 3 times per week at the McMullen tennis complex in Clearwater. Last year she and her doubles partner made it to the Ultimate Tennis Finals in St. Petersburg! She also like to draw, paint and sketch, so she really enjoys teaching painting with a twist to the fabulous residents at The Oaks of Clearwater!
Paula Perez is originally from Mexico City but was raised in the state of Wyoming. At 19 years-old old, she worked as a Housekeeping Inspector where she honed her skills in Customer Service which she now uses in her professional career. She enjoys working with the senior population for the wonderful stories each resident has based on their own life experiences. In her free time, she likes to dance, travel, cook, and spend time with family. There is always something new to learn from them, and she cares for each of them as if they were her own family.

Health Center Administrator
Wendy has worked in healthcare for more than 25 years. Over that time, she has held various positions in healthcare including Insurance Referral Specialist in a Physician’s Office, Private Duty Home Health, Memory Care Director, and Marketing Coordinator. She and her husband have lived in Pinellas County their entire lives. They have four adult children who all live in the Tampa Bay Area – three daughters, Desira, Lyndsie, and Kelsea, and one son, Tyler. They also have a grandson named Nolyn. In her time away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Joshua has been working in the healthcare industry for over a decade. He graduated from the University of Cumberland with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and received an Associate’s in Business Management from Southwest Community College. He played basketball at the University of Cumberland and feels that the experience of playing on and leading a championship team has helped him develop leadership and collaborative skills. Joshua spends his free time relaxing with his family, working out and doing outdoor activities.
Jeannie has been in marketing and advertising for more than 35 years where she has specialized in health care services and development properties. Her unique background also includes training and experience in memory care, activity and programming services, and moving coordination services for seniors and their families. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time exploring new and creative projects and adventures with family and friends. She feels very fortunate and grateful to work with the residents and families of The Oaks of Clearwater.
Ashley Pini began her career with The Oaks of Clearwater in 2021 as the Human Resources Coordinator. She was born in Florida but moved to Maryland when she was young and lived there her entire life. April of 2019, she moved back to Florida. Ashley’s career started in hospitality management for most of her adult life. She is in her mid-thirties and has been married for ten years. She and her husband share a 13-year-old Daughter who is the light of their lives. They also have two dogs and a cat. In her spare time, she loves going to the beaches, Cooking for her family and friends, and traveling whenever possible.

Cassandra is the Executive Assistant at The Oaks of Clearwater. Her main focus at the community is to keep the residents happy and resolve any and all concerns in a timely manner. She is originally from Maryland, so Cassandra is ecstatic about enjoying the warmer weather down in Florida. She is even more excited to help the residents of The Oaks with anything they may need!
