Easy Living in Sunny Clearwater!

Residents at The Oaks of Clearwater are entitled to a wide variety of services. We offer all common household utilities, rent, cable, local phone, weekly housekeeping, three meals daily, and a linen service to all of our residents, regardless of their level of care. Our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents are entitled to services that assist them with activities of daily living, in addition to medication management, and hydration and snack services. Our Memory Care residents also receive special escorts for attendance to meals and activities, and consistent supervision within that sector of our community. Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents receive 24 hour nursing care.

All of our residents are able to contract additional services on an a la carte basis for singular or multiple health care needs as they may arise through our in house companion services program, or through our nurse registry. We also have two level of care options to serve our residents that require attention above and beyond the standard level of care we deliver to our residents. These services are available to our residents at an additional cost per service.

We evaluate each resident on an individual basis and determine which services and or care needs are applicable to them and develop a customized care plan to fit their needs. At The Oaks of Clearwater our residents are our family, and their well-being, satisfaction and health is our priority.
